UPDATE:
A Fort Riley man was taken to Stormont Vail in Topeka, via Lifestar, after wrecking his motorcryle.
The Kansas Highway Patrol reports 32 year old Rogger Webb was driving his 2003 Suzuki motorcycle northbound on K13, when he lost control of it and struck a wooden post on the side of the road.
KMAN has not yet received word on his condition, but Webb was wearing a helment during the accident.

A motorcycle accident reported just before 5 p.m. has resulted in the closure of a portion of K-13 near Tuttle Creek Dam.
Authorities closed the highway on both sides to allow for a landing zone for Life Star to transport one injured victim. The location of the accident is the 6100 block of K-13 just inside Pottawatomie County.
Motorists are being asked to avoid the area to allow authorities to work the accident scene and allow for the Life Star Transport.
