Area High Schoolers Sign With Colleges, Including Dimel to K-State

The tradition continues as another Manhattan High football player is a part of K-State’s class as Winston Dimel has signed with K-State on Wednesday. The three star prospect will be a fullback for the Cats.

As we reported last week on KMAN, fellow Indian senior Darian Taylor will sign on Wednesday with Pittsburg State.

A pair of Wamego football players will sign with Highland Community College, Logan Stoddard and Trenton York.

Football players won’t be the only Manhattan High athletes to sign with colleges on Wednesday. Chris Melgares and Alaina Schroeder will ink with KU cross country and track, joining former Indian standout Reid Buchanan.

A quartet of Tribe soccer players also will take their game to the next level, Lani Fischer at Hastings College, Emma Samenus at Butler Community College, Ally Taylor at Emporia State, and Aleise Williams at Hutchinson Community College.
