Chamber State Legislative Coffees @ Sunset Zoo

The 2016 Manhattan Chamber State Legislative Coffees will all be on Saturdays from 7:30 am until 9:00 am at the Sunset Zoo Education Building.  They are free and open to the general public and Chamber members….no registration required.  The Dates are February 6th, March 5th and April 30th.

Women Involved In Agriculture @ Riley County Public Works Facility

Women Involved in Agriculture is a series of six educational meetings designed to help women become better farm business managers.  In addition to learning about financial management, participates will gain a better understanding of interpersonal relationships and family dynamics.  You will grow in confidence, improve your business skills and learn effective communications techniques.  These meetings will be held on Thursdays, February 11th – March 17th at the Riley County Public Works Facility.  Contact your local county extension office for more information.

Women in Agriculture Excel Workshop @ Frontier Farm Credit

A Women In Agriculture Excel Workshop will be held on Wednesday, February 17th from 12:30 – 4:00 pm.  Lunch will be provided at 12:30.  This will be an Introduction to Excel spreadsheets and Formulas.  Spreadsheets are available at www.AgManager.info.  This meeting will be held at Farm Credit on E Hwy 24. The cost is $10.00.

Pancake Feast Fundraiser @ Manhattan Technical College

Skills USA will hold its 5th Annual Pancake Feast Fundraiser on Saturday, February 20th from 7 – 11 am at the Manhattan Tech College.  Tickets are $8 in advance; $10 at the door; $20 for family of 5.  Kids under 5 eat free.  Proceeds will support Manhattan Tech Students at the annual Skills USA Trade Skills Competition.

Women In Agriculture Cooking With Meats @ Weber Hall, Kansas State University

A Women In Agriculture Cooking with New and Different Cuts of Meat will be held on Monday, February 29th at Weber Hall, Room 146, from 1:00 – 5:00 pm.  No lunch will be provided.  This session will discuss the Cuts of Meats, Preparation Methods and Sampling of Products (eat lightly before arriving).  Meet at Weber Hall, Room 146 or, meet at Pottorf Hall at 12:30 pm for shuttle service.

Document Destruction Services @ Cico Park
