– Rock Creek baseball is headed back to the state tournament after beating Clay Center 15-0 and Holton 3-2 to win their regional. The Mustangs are 19-2 heading into the 4A-Division 2 state tournament at Hummer Sports Park in Topeka.
– Riley County softball lost to Marysville 4-2 in their first regional game. The Falcons close the season at 12-9.
– Manhattan High golf finished second at their regional behind Washburn Rural. MHS had a team score of 324 to qualify for state. Cole Dillon finished in 2nd place with a 74. Cole Gritton, Drew Casper and Pierson McAtee also finished in the top 10.
– Wamego boys golf finished second at their regional to qualify for state with a team score of 332. Parker Waters won the regional championship with a 77 on the day.
