After an alleged attempted robbery back in November, a Manhattan man is facing three felony level charges. Christopher Hudgins appeared in Riley County District Court on Tuesday afternoon for his preliminary hearing.
Hudgins is charged with attempted aggravated robbery, conspiracy to commit aggravated robbery, and contributing to a child’s misconduct. These charges stem from a home invasion case that took place in the 2300 block of Cheryl Terrace. When originally reported, it was believed Hudgins was just a victim-as he suffered a gunshot wound to the face. It was later discovered he was a suspect instead.
Defense Attorney, Thomas Addair stated Hudgins wished to waive his right to a preliminary hearing.
His arraignment was set for April 6th at 2:30 p.m.
