Pottawatomie County District Court held an arraignment hearing Thursday, Feb. 19 regarding a Marysville man who allegedly drove his vehicle into two Manhattan businesses, including the Staples near Tuttle Creek Boulevard.
Jason Butler, 36, pleaded “not guilty” to a total of 8 charges in connection with the Dec. 26 incident, including a felony DUI, leaving the scene of an injury accident, abuse of toxic vapors, and driving while suspended.
A status hearing for Butler was set for March 19, and his jury trial is scheduled for June 11 and 12 at 8:30 a.m.
