Police Blotter: 26 Feb 2013

Riley County Police reports a Manhattan woman says she was the victim of force-able rape early Sunday morning.

Police say the 20-year-old female went to a house party in central Manhattan, and began consuming alcohol until she passed out.  The female told police that when she awakened a male was on top of her.

Police say the incident is still under investigation, and no arrests have been made at this time.

Police say a Manhattan man was arrested by Geary County law enforcement officials for a failure to appear warrant.

According to Riley County police reports Anthony Marques was taken into custody over a failure to appear warrant based on the original charge of unlawful vehicle use.

Marques is being held by RCPD on a$5,000 bond.

3.

A Manhattan man was arrested by Riley County Police for several failure to appear warrants.

According to police reports 30-year-old James Lewis was arrested on the warrants with the original charges including possession of marijuana with the intent to distribute, and other related drug charges.

Lewis is confined on a  $26,500 bond.
