On Monday, department updates held the majority of the agenda ideas as the Lois Schlegel, county appraiser, Dustin Trego, managment assistant of operations, and Leu Lowery, public works director, were among those listed.
For the appraiser’s office, numbers are sitting at about average with some a little higher and others a little lower, but Schlegel said that they are ahead of the number of sales for the year so far.
The transportation update saw a lower number of riders, but the region is looking to meet on Tuesday to continue extending the option of public transportation between counties.
There was also a couple of change orders in which the commissioners had to decide what to do. Most passed, but one had to be tabled until more information could be presented as the commission wanted to know what kind of pumps were to be used for the new Justice Center.
