A Manhattan woman facing several charges in Dickinson County was arrested by Riley County Police Wednesday afternoon, with a bond of $125,000. Thursday’s Riley County Police report indicates that at approximately 4:45 PM Wednesday RCPD arrested Rachelle Gloth, 24, while in the 2100 block of Fort Riley Boulevard.
Gloth was arrested on four warrants originating out of Dickinson County, for failure to report to court services, two counts of failure to appear, and violation of a protective order. Details about the original charges were not available.

The Riley County Police Department made two arrests early Thursday morning involving marijuana in the 100 block of North Erpelding Avenue in Leonardville. Willis Shayler, 20, of Leonardville and Brayan Strom, 19, of Manhattan were arrested on possession-related charges.
Strom’s bond was set at $6,000, with charges of possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, possession of a controlled substance and no Kansas drug tax stamp. Shayler’s bond of $2,000 involved similar charges.

A Topeka man was taken into custody by Riley County Police on a warrant originating in Shawnee County. Kent Lindemuth, 63, was arrested in the 800 block of Levee Drive in Manhattan at about 3:45 Wednesday afternoon.
Lindemuth was arrested on a warrant for criminal deprivation of property originating in Shawnee County for an incident that occurred in October 2014.Bond was set at $5,000.

The Riley County Police Department will conduct another DUI Saturation Patrol this coming Saturday. Officers involved in the Saturation Patrol will be looking for signs of impaired driving and other traffic violations. Motorists who show signs of alcohol and/or drug consumption will be evaluated and appropriate enforcement action will be taken.
This patrol is the second, in a series of seven, which will be conducted this year. The Kansas Department of Transportation’s Highway Safety Project provides the funding for the Saturation Patrols.
