Riley County Police are reporting at approximately 3:20 AM Monday officers responded to a complaint of aggravated burglary in the 1400 block of Watson Place. Police found and are currently investigating a report of an unknown male entering an occupied apartment. Officers continue to collect information about this case and ask that anyone with information contact the Manhattan Riley County Crime Stoppers.

Riley County Police filed a report of aggravated burglary and criminal damage to property…early Tuesday morning.
Police responded to a call in the 1000 block of Bluemont Avenue…where they found that an apartment occupied by Caitlin Whetstone, 23, and Andrew Klozenbucher, 24,…both of Manhattan…had been entered by two subjects without permission.
A window screen and door were damaged during the intrusion totaling over $100 in needed repairs.
One of the subjects was a white male with an approximate height of 6’1″ and brown hair.
The second subject could not be identified as either male or female…but also stood 6’1″ and had longer brown hair.

A Colorado man found himself in the Riley County Jail Monday. RCPD officers arrested Joshua Wooton, 30, on a warrant for the offense of probation violation.
Wooton’s original offense was possession of marijuana. Bond has been set at $5,000.

A Westmoreland 18-year-old was arrested while at the Riley County Police Department on Monday.
Tieler Reeves was arrested on the offense of probation violation…stemming from an original offense of conspiracy to commit aggravated robbery.
