One involved a a vehicle versus pedestrian collision in the 300 block of Houston Street Saturday at approximately 6:52 PM. A 2001 Ford Escape, driven by Max Zinowsky, 20, of Manhattan collided with Tim Zinowsky, 31, also of Manhattan. Police say the collision occured when Tim Zinowsky was attempting to guide Max Zinowsky into a parking spot. Tim Zinowsky was transported to Via Christi for left knee pain.
Police and emergency crews responded to a report of a one vehicle injury accident near the intersection of South Scenic Drive and Fossil Ridge Drive on Saturday, shortly after five PM. Brady Deville, 37, of Wakefield reportedly lost control of a 2006 Harley Davidson motorcycle and left the roadway. Deville was transported to Via Christi with injuries to his legs.
And there was a report of an injury accident near the intersection of Westport Drive and Claflin Road Saturday at about 12:53 p.m. Caleb Throop, 20, of Manhattan reportedly lost control of a 2002 Toyota Camry and left the roadway striking a concrete barrier. Throop was transported to Via Christi with apparent minor injuries.
Police and emergency crews responded to a report of a one vehicle injury accident near the intersection of Anderson Avenue and 52nd Street on Saturday morning, with Mariah Kieffer, 20, of Clifton reportedly losing control of a 2004 Jeep Liberty, which left the roadway. Kieffer was transported to Via Christi with an injury to her back.
A report of a Robbery was filed in the 1200 block of Moro, in Manhattan early Saturday morning. Larry Carmody, 29, reported that just before 2:30 a.m. a person who is not known to him used force to take $40 in cash from his possession. Carmody was not injured during this incident and the suspect fled the scene on foot.
