Riley county staff will be getting some new training . Administrative services director Clancy Holeman says he is currently developing a curriculum to help ensure quality control in regards to such items as employee evaluations, and technology.
Holeman says the training is something he has been planning to do for some time, and will become more of a regular operating procedure as the staff works throughout the year.
Some of the other training items include a new internet usage policy to modernize the current policy. Holeman says this will enable staff to react to some of the newer technology available on today’s market.
