After watching Thursday night’s NBA draft without seeing his name called, former Kansas State standout Rodney McGruder has signed on as a free agent with the Orlando Magic.
McGruder who was a four-year player for the Wildcats and was part of the Men’s Basketball program’s first conference championship in 36 years is expected to join the Magic’s team in the NBA’s Summer League.
McGruder also played in four NCAA Tournaments for K-State.
