A Manhattan man will be inducted into the National 4-H Hall of Fame on Friday for his lifetime achievements and contributions to 4-H. Honored by the National Association of Extension 4-H Agents, William Riley will be one of 15 people inducted during the ceremony held at the National 4-H Youth Conference Center in Chevy Chase, MD.
National 4-H Hall of Fame honorees are nominated by their home states, the National 4-H Council, the National Association of Extension 4-H Agents, or the 4-H Headquarters based upon their exceptional leadership at the local, state, national and international levels.
