Arrests
What started as an aggravated assault resulted in nine counts of offenses for a Manhattan man.
19 year old, Denzel Leonard, failed to register as a violent offender after getting charged with one count of aggrivated assault in Riley County.
After failing to register, Leonard received eight other charges: three counts of incorrect information, three counts of failing to register different information, and one count of failing to inform of address change.
Leonard now faces a $10,000 warrant for repeatedly violating the Kansas Offender Registration Act.
