Police Report 4/16/14

Stock-Police-Sirens-150x150An Ogden man faces a large bond after being arrested by Riley County Police Tuesday evening.
Andrew Smith (22) was arrested around 7:45 that evening on two failure to appear warrants out of Riley County.  The original offense is listed as driving under the influence for both warrants.
Smith was given a $25,000 bond.
Riley County Police made an arrest in Ogden around 6 o’clock Tuesday evening, for an individual with a warrant out of Morris County.
Daniel Smith (36) was arrested in the 200 block of 7th street in Ogden, and his warrant was for motion to revoke probation.
His bond was set at $10,000.
An Ogden man was arrested by Riley County Police for two warrants.
Zachary Burch (25) was originally arrested by the Pottawatomie County Sheriff’s Office last month and was served two warrants for motion to revoke probation from Riley County.
The original offenses attached to these warrants are possession of drug paraphernalia and criminal threat/battery.  His bond was set at $8,500.
