The Riley County Police Department had its last of a series of six DUI Saturation Patrols on the evening of September 6, 2013 into the early morning hours of September 7, 2013.
Four officers from the Riley County Police Department were assigned to the Saturation Patrol. Officers working the Saturation Patrol stopped forty-seven (47) motorists. Of these, five (5) were evaluated for DUI with one of those being arrested for DUI. Additionally, thirty-six (36) warning citations and thirteen (13) citations were issued for moving violations.
