A Colorado man is at Stormont Vail Hospital in Topeka after an accident on Interstate 70 on Saturday morning.
Deputies with the Kansas Highway Patrol responded to westbound mile marker 338 shortly before 5 o’clock. 36-year old Robert Allen Hutchison, of Littleton, Colorado, was driving his 2007 freight truck when it drifted off the road and overturned across the median on its’ left side. Hutchison was transported to Topeka to be treated for his injuries. It is unknown if he was wearing his seatbelt.
