    Riley County Police arrested a Manhattan man Saturday afternoon for an incident involving arson and theft.

    Donnie Hill (43) was picked up in the 1000 block of South Seth Child Road and he was charged with arson of a dwelling and theft of property.

    Hill was confined at the Riley County Jail on a $5,000 bond.
