As KMAN earlier reported, Riley County EMS has lost long-time director Larry Couchman, after 27 years of service with the agency. Couchman will now oversee the Via Christi Hospital Emergency Department on a full time basis. Director of Pottawatomie County EMS David Adams will now manage both Riley and Pottawatomie EMS services. Adams is a past employee of Riley County EMS and is being welcomed back to the Riley County EMS.
