A man who was arrested after a series of thefts that caused an hours-long lock-down on the K-State campus in September has reached a plea deal.
According to the Associated Press, 20-year-old Johnathon Ryan Elliott pleaded no contest to one count of aggravated robbery after reaching an agreement with prosecutors to drop five other counts.
Authorities say that Elliott admitted he was a part of planning the robberies, provided transportation during them and that he had kept a portion of the stolen goods.
In addittion, prosecutors agreed to seek the standard sentence for Elliott, ranging from 5 to 19 years behind bars.
Two others previously pleaded guilty in the case, with a fourth awaiting a jury trial in March.
