Officers filed a report for attempted murder in the 2nd degree, aggravated endangering a child and criminal use of weapons in the 1900 block of Lincoln Dr. in Manhattan on December 21, 2017 at approximately 7:00 AM. Officers listed Stephen Hollinhead, 27, of Manhattan as the victim and Curtis Norman, 57, of Manhattan as the suspect. Norman was arrested in connection on charges of attempted murder in the 2nd degree and criminal use of weapons. Norman’s bond was set at $100,000.
