A February preliminary hearing is set in Geary County Court for a man facing charges of aggravated indecent liberties and sexual exploitation of a child. Richard Tilton was arrested in September , with manufacturing child pornography also reportedly involved in the multi-jurisdictional investigation involving at least four counties.
Tilton’s preliminary is set for February 26th, following Tuesday’s status hearing.
