Officers listed Michael Ryan, 65, of Manhattan, as the victim after a collection of metal die cast cars were removed from his garage without his permission. The total estimated loss is listed as approximately $900.00 and currently suspects are unknown. Officers listed Eleanor Blaker, 84, and Charlatta Ray, 61, both of Manhattan, as the victims after finding that a total of 4 tires on their vehicles were slashed. Officers with the Riley County Police Department filed a report for the offense of rape in the city limits of Manhattan, which is reported to have occurred during the overnight hours Wednesday. Police listed a 22-year-old female as the victim and the suspect as a 21-year-old male, known to the victim. Due to the nature of this investigation no further information has been released.
