Joshua Jacobs, 32, of Manhattan, was arrested in the 3300 block of Valleywood Dr. in Manhattan on January 18, 2018 at approximately 9:45 PM. Jacobs was arrested on charges of distribute marijuana, possession of paraphernalia, use communication facility, and endangering a child. Jacobs’ total bond was set at $15,000.00. Jacobs was not confined at the time of this report.

Jessica Jacobs, 26, of Manhattan, was arrested in the 3300 block of Valleywood Dr. in Manhattan on January 18, 2018 at approximately 9:45 PM. Jacobs was arrested on charges of distribute marijuana, possess paraphernalia, use communication facility, endangering a child and a Manhattan Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear. Jacobs’ total bond was set at $17,000.00. Jacob’s was not confined at the time of this report.

Officers filed a report for burglary in the 1000 block of Quivera Cir. in Manhattan on January 18, 2018 at approximately 12:30 AM. Officers listed Alyssa Davis, 20, of Manhattan, as the victim when it was reported an unknown suspect took two firearms and other miscellanous items from the victim’s vehicle. The total loss associated with this case has not been determined at this time, but is believed to be in excess of $500.00. Police ask that anyone with information contact RCPD or the Manhattan Riley County Crime Stoppers. Using the Crime Stoppers service can allow you to remain anonymous and could qualify you for a cash reward of up to $1,000.00.

Tommie Baggett, 18 of Manhattan, was arrested near the intersection of 8th and Bluemont in Manhattan on January 19, 2018 at approximately 2:10 AM. Baggett was arrested on charges of sale/distribute depressants, contribute to a child’s misconduct and possession of paraphernalia. Baggett was issued a total bond of $10,000.00 causing him to remain confined at the time of this report.
