Terrence Talley, 33, of Manhattan was arrested while at the Riley County Police Department on January 22, 2018 at approximately 5:05 PM. Talley was arrested on a Riley County District Court warrant for failure to appear and a separate Riley County District Court warrant for aggravated escape from custody. Talley was issued a total bond of $100,000.00 causing him to remain confined at the time of this report.

Officers filed a report for rape in Manhattan on January 22, 2018. Officers listed a 20 year old female as the victim and a male known to the victim as the suspect. Due to the nature of the crime reported, no additional information will be released.

Officers filed a report for vehicle burglary in the 1600 block of Fairchild Ave. in Manhattan on January 22, 2018 at approximately 5:40 PM. Officers listed Isabelle Withrock, 28, of Manhattan as the victim when she reported an unknown suspect took her wallet from her vehicle. The total loss associated with this case is approximately $558.00. Police ask that anyone with information contact RCPD or the Manhattan Riley County Crime Stoppers. Using the Crime Stoppers service can allow you to remain anonymous and could qualify you for a cash reward of up to $1,000.00.

Samantha Bland, 28, of Ogden, Kansas, was arrested while in the 500 block of Fourteenth St. in Ogden, Kansas on January 22, 2018 at approximately 10:00 PM. Bland was arrested on a Riley County District Court warrant for failure to appear. Bland’s bond was set at $10,000.00 causing her to remain confined at the time of this report.
