Trevor Cooper, 27, of Concordia, Kansas was arrested while at the Riley County Police Department on October 3, 2016, at approximately 11:55 PM. Cooper was arrested on the offense of failure to appear which was listed on a warrant with a bond of $6,400.00. At the time of this report, Cooper was confined at the Riley County Jail.
