Officers filed a report for criminal damage to property in the 1000 block of Westloop Pl. in Manhattan on March 21, 2018 at approximately 8:30 AM. Officers listed Kansas State Bank as the victim when it was reported, a known suspect damaged a window at the business. The total loss associated with this case is approximately $850.00. Police ask that anyone with information contact RCPD or the Manhattan Riley County Crime Stoppers. Using the Crime Stoppers service can allow you to remain anonymous and could qualify you for a cash reward of up to $1,000.00.

Officers filed a report for theft in the 800 block of N Juliette Ave. in Manhattan on March 21, 2018 at approximately 12:30 PM. Officers listed Lauren Hauser, 24, of Manhattan, as the victim when she reported an unknown suspect took her specialized Ariel bicycle. The total loss associated with this case is approximately $650.00. Police ask that anyone with information contact RCPD or the Manhattan Riley County Crime Stoppers. Using the Crime Stoppers service can allow you to remain anonymous and could qualify you for a cash reward of up to $1,000.00.

Oscar Zapata Jr., 22, of Manhattan, was arrested while in the 100 block of Courthouse Pl. in Manhattan on March 21, 2018 at approximately 2:00 PM. Zapata was arrested on a Riley County District Court warrant for failure to appear. Zapata was issued a total bond of $5,000.00. Zapata was not confined at the time of this report.

Tre Smith, 25, of Manhattan, was arrested while in the 100 block of N 4th St. in Manhattan on March 21, 2018 at approximately 5:50 PM. Smith was arrested on a Riley County District Court warrant for probation violation. Smith was issued a total bond of $6,000.00 causing him to remain confined at the time of this report.

Officers filed a report for theft in the 700 block of Vattier St. in Manhattan on March 21, 2018 at approximately 7:55 PM. Officers listed Nechelle Williams, 21, of Manhattan, as the victim when she reported an unknown suspect took her bicycle and chain. The total loss associated with this case is approximately $500.00. Police ask that anyone with information contact RCPD or the Manhattan Riley County Crime Stoppers. Using the Crime Stoppers service can allow you to remain anonymous and could qualify you for a cash reward of up to $1,000.00.

Officers filed a report for theft and criminal damage to property in the 500 block of Stone Point Dr. in Manhattan on March 21, 2018 at approximately 8:20 PM. Officers listed Amber Blackaby, 32, of Manhattan as the victim when she reported a known suspect took and damaged items from her residence. The total loss associated with this case is approximately $7,490.00. Rick Hill, 33, of Junction City, Kansas, was arrested in connection in the 1000 block of Westloop Pl. in Manhattan on March 21, 2018 at approximately 11:05 PM. Hill was arrested on offenses of ignition interlock device, theft, and criminal damage to property. Hill was issued a total bond of $5,000.00 causing him to remain confined at the time of this report.

Ricky Dunklin, 23, of Manhattan, was arrested while in the 800 block of Fremont St. on March 21, 2018 at approximately 9:00 PM. Dunklin was arrested on a Riley County District Court warrant for failure to appear. Dunklin was issued a total bond of $5,000.00 causing him to remain confined at the time of this report.

John Monroe, 20, of Manhattan, was arrested while in the 200 block of N 10th St. in Manhattan on March 22, 2018 at approximately 12:35 AM. Monroe was arrested on a Riley County District court warrant for failure to appear. Monroe was issued a total bond of $6,000.00 causing him to remain confined at the time of this report.
