A report of aggravated indecent liberties with a child was filed by the Riley County Police Department Monday at approximately 9:35 AM. Police were made aware of an incident involving a 42-year-old male who inappropriately touched a 12-year-old male on several occasions.
These crimes allegedly occurred in the city limits of Manhattan over the past two years. Due to the nature of this investigation no further information has been released.

An Olathe woman was taken into custody Monday for failure to appear, with the original offense of battery. 32 year old Tomi Tibbetts was arrested at about 8:15 PM while at the Riley County Police Department.
Tibbetts was given a bond of $7,500.
