Riley County Police are investigating a reported aggravated kidnapping which allegedly took place in the 300 block of North Sunset Avenue in Manhattan Tuesday afternoon at approximately 2:45. Police were informed of an incident involving a 16-year-old male victim who was taken in a vehicle and later dropped off near the Sunset Zoo by several unknown males.
The victim was in possession of a backpack that was taken and items listed as stolen were the backpack with cologne and various binders. The investigation is ongoing at the time of this report.

$13,000 worth of tools were reportedly taken from All American Garage of Wamego. According to Riley County Police the tools were located in a trailer that was entered by an unknown subject(s).

Police in Riley County are investigating a report of burglary to a motor vehicle in the 700 block of Osage Street in Manhattan. Police say the crime occurred at about 11:00 PM Tuesday and involved military issued clothing valued at approximately $2,400.
