RCPD report 12/11/17

Amanda Massoli, 27, of Manhattan was arrested in the 100 block of S 4th St. in Manhattan on December 8, 2017 at approximately 11:10 PM. Massoli was arrested on charges of possession of methamphetamine, use or possess with the intent to use drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana. Massoli’s total bond was set at $10,000.

Michelle Merkle, 37, of Manhattan was arrested in the 100 block of S 4th St. in Manhattan on December 8, 2017 at approximately 11:30 PM. Merkle was arrested on charges of possession of methamphetmine and use or possess with the intent to use drug paraphernalia. Merkle’s total bond was set at $10,000.

Officers filed a report for unlawful voluntary sexual relations in Manhattan on December 9, 2017. Officers listed a 14 year old female as the victim and a 15 year old male known to her as the suspect. Due to the nature of the crime reported, no additional information will be released.

Officers filed a report for aggravated kidnapping, aggravated assault, aggravated domestic battery and criminal damage to property in Manhattan on December 10, 2017. Officers listed a 32 year old female as the victim and a known 46 year old male as the suspect. The total loss associated with this case is approximately $600.00. Jonathan Kirby, 46, of Manhattan was arrested in connection. Kirby was arrested on charges of aggravated kidnapping, aggravated battery, aggravated assault and criminal damage to property. Kirby’s bond was set at $150,000.
Andrew Wallace, 20, of Topeka, was arrested in the 800 block of Commons Pl. in Manhattan on December 10, 2017 at approximately 2:30 PM. Wallace was arrested on charges of possessing a tool to remove theft detection device, theft and contribute to a child’s misconduct. Wallace’s total bond was set at $10,000.
Dayton Clay, 19, of Topeka, was arrested in the 800 block of Commons Pl. in Manahattan on December 10, 2017 at approximately 2:30 PM. Clay was arrested on charges of possessing a tool to remove theft detection device, theft and contribute to a child’s misconduct. Clay’s total bond was set at $10,000.
