    Riley County Police Department Daily Activity 6/2/2017

    Officers filed a report for vehicle theft in the 1600 block of Woodoak Ct. on June 2, 2017 at approximately 6:00 AM. Officers listed John Seltzer, 44, of Manhattan, as the victim, when he reported that a suspect known to him took his silver 2004 Silver Chevrolet Tahoe. The total loss associated with this case is approximately $7,500.

    Officers also responded to the intersection of Tuttle Creek Blvd. and Bluemont Ave. on June 1, 2017 at approximately 3:21 PM. When officers arrived on scene, they found that a silver 2002 Toyota Tundra, driven by Radley Ramsey, 66, of Manhattan, collided with a silver 2011 Chevrolet Avalanche, driven by Shawn Hamner, 46, of Topeka, Kansas. Ramsey was transported by EMS to Via Christi.
