The Manhattan Petco is reporting a large monetary theft.

On Thursday Regional Loss Prevention Manager Erin Reynolds told the Riley County Police Department that a employee in charge of making deposits to the bank was skimming cash funds.  Reynolds said the losses amounted to around $15,000 and encompass multiple incidents starting from the 1st of May through the 1st of August.

RCPD reports that a suspect has been named in the case, but no arrests have been made.
