A Manhattan man has been after attempting to sexually exploit a child
24-year old Jeffery Jepsen of 2817 Johnson Valley Dr. attempted to make an explicit video of a 15-year old girl. The incident is believed to have occurred in the northeast portion of Manhattan between September 1 of last year and September 15 of this year.
Riley county police arrested Jepsen early Thursday morning. Jepsen is expected to face two felony counts of sexual exploitation of a child.
RCPD has set Jepsen’s bond at $20,000.
