A report to the RCPD about a possible sighting of “Baby Lisa”, a missing 11-month- old from the Kansas City area, has proven false. Riley County Police received the tip Tuesday, conducted an investigation, and have confirmed that the child seen was not the missing infant. Despite the false sighting, Riley County Police urge citizens to continue to be vigilant and to report any and all suspiscious behavior they observe.
