Tasha Dickey scored 11 points and Jalana Childs added 10 points, but K-State shot just 29 percent in a 57-33 loss at Iowa State. The Cyclones led 21-17 at halftime, and outscored the Cats 36-16 in the second half to sweep the season series. Nikki Moody led three Iowa State (18-10, 9-8) players in double figures with 15 points. The Cyclones have won 9 of 12 games after an 0-5 Big 12 start. K-State associate head coach Kamie Ethridge says Iowa State hurt the Cats by taking away Brittany Chambers, who was held to four points.
The K-State women (18-11, 9-8) will host Texas Tech on Saturday night at 6:00pm. Coverage will begin at 5:30 on KMAN from the K-State Sports Network with Matt Walters.
