A St. George man has been arrested in connection with a fire earlier this month at the Green Chicken Tavern.
Troy Priest, 25, was taken into custody on an aggravated arson charge in connection with the case. Law enforcement officials indicate he turned himself in.
As earlier reported, an apartment located above the Green chicken was set on fire on the night of April ninth. The apartment was occupied at the time, but there were no reported injuries. There was some damage to the building, however.The victims are known to Priest, according to Pottawatomie County attorney Sherri Schuck.
Bond has been set at $,5,000.
