Four arrests were made Wednesday afternoon involving alleged prostitution taking place in Manhattan, reportedly at America’s Best Value Inn and the Clarion

The first arrest RCPD made was Shannon Channell-41 of Junction City.  Around 2:45, Channell was charged with prostitution with a bond amount of $500 and is currently confined.

Donte Roberts-29 was the next to be arrested. Roberts was arrested around 4:00 p.m. for promoting prostitution, theft and endangering a child.  With an added charge for a previous failure to appear, Roberts’ total bond amount was a little more than two-thousand dollars.  Decemantrea Richardson-21 of Wichita was arrested around the same time on counts of prostitution, theft and endangering a child for a total bond of $2,000.

Lastly, Cullen McGraw-21 of Hiawatha, was arrested in connection with the case, for obstruction of the legal process. McGraw was taken into custody at about  5:45 p.m. Wednesday evening.  McGraw faces a $5,000 bond.

More prostitution arrests appear on Friday’s Riley County police report.  KMAN news hopes to have more details following the daily media briefing at RCPD a bit later in the morning.
