An accident on I-70 Sunday injured a K-State student. According to the Kansas Highway Patrol, Student Casey Mason of Olathe was traveling westbound on I-70 as a passenger in a Ford Ranger. The left rear tire blew out, causing the vehicle to spin and then roll.
Mason was transported to Stormont Vail Hospital in Topeka, and is reported to be in fair condition. The driver, 22 year old Renard Davis II, was not transported to the hospital.
