Federal indictments in Topeka include one for a Geary County case that occurred last month.
Fidel Hernandez-Jaracuaro, 42, who is not a United States citizen, is charged with unlawfully re-entering the country after being convicted of an aggravated felony and deported.
Hernanez-Jaracuaro was found in Geary county April fourth.
If convicted, he faces a maximum penalty of 20 years in federal prison and a fine up to 250-thousand dollars. The Department of Homeland Security investigated the case.
