    Arrests

    Robert Lee Green, Jr., 28, Topeka, Kan., for three counts of failure  to appear. Bond set at $29,000.

    Paul David Mann, 44, 430 Warner Park Rd., for abusing toxic vapors. Bond set at $500.

    Shaun Andrew Studey, 23, 2301 Candlewood Dr., for domesitc battery, criminal restraint. Bond set at $1,000.

    Stephen Eugene Terrill, 28, 3000 Tuttle Creek Blvd., Lot 531, for probation violation. Bond set at $500.

    Cherita Andre Thomas-McElveen, 22, Fort Riley, Kan., for driving with a suspended license. Bond set at $750.

    Keeley Shaye Williams, 21, 210 Ridge Dr., for domestic battery. Bond set at $500.

    Incidents

    Around 2:49 a.m. Sunday, an aggravated robbery occurred at Little Apple Express, located in the 800-block of N. 3rd St. Salil Gautam, 32, was inside the store at the time of the robbery and reported that a male subject who was around 5-foot-7, with an average build, and dark complexion, entered the store wearing a mask and was carrying with a handgun. The suspect then left the store with an undisclosed amount of cash. The investigation is ongoing.

    Between the hours of 9:30 p.m. and 11:55 p.m., an unknown suspect placed a pile of wood on Jack Kenworth’s 1996 Honda 1100 Shadow and set the vehicle on fire. As a result of being in close proximity to the original fire, a Mercury Sedan with an unknown owner was also damaged and caught on fire. Total loss is estimated at $8,500.

    On Saturday, Justin Barnes, 25, was walking with another male when he had a verbal altercation with another male driving. Suspect then pointed a firearm, later discovered to be a handgun, at Barnes. No arrests were made. Barnes was allegedly complaining to suspect about his driving habits.

    Daniel Boyle, 48, was running towards 14th Street from Poyntz Avenue in the 10km Mercy Wild Run when a pickup pulled up in front of him and caused him to accidentally collide with the vehicle. Boyle sustained a small cut to the hand but kept running in the race. Boyle was almost stuck two more times by the truck at later points in the race. Boyle believes that the pickup struck him intentionally and the investigation by the Riley County Police department continues.

    A Fort Riley Solider’s arrest stems from a sexual battery. Luis Risario was in an altercation with other people in the Aggieville area. Officers observed the altercation and through investigation discovered that he had allegedly groped a 23-year-old female victim. Risario was arrested for a drunk and disorderly charge.

    Around 11:40 PM in the 700 block of Tuttle Creek Boulevard, Glavin Cameron, 25, was driving his 2004, gold, Pontiac Grand Am, at a high rate of speed. When he went to turn the corner his car loss control and swerved off the road hitting a fire hydrant and light pole. The car then flipped over and landed on its roof. Cameron fled the scene but was found by officers and transported to Mercy Regional Health Center for injuries. Officers conducted a DUI Investigation and results are pending.

    Around 3:30 AM Sunday, William Major III, 40, was driving eastbound on K-18 in the wrong lane. He then struck a KDOT Directional Signal with his black, 2012, HD Streetbob motorcycle. Major suffered from major facial injuries and was transported to Mercy Regional Health Center.The Riley County Police Department says that Alcohol was a major contributing factor in the accident. Investigation by the RCPD is pending.

    Ethan Kratzer, 21, was walking home from Aggieville when he was approached and battered by a suspect known to the victim.Kratzer was struck and punched multiple times in the face and received a fractured jaw and was transported to Mercy Regional Health Center. Kratzer is a resident of Vansile Hall at Kansas State.

    In the 800 block of Church Street around 9:30 and 10:07 PM, Thomas Watt, 32, got into a fight with another man he knew. The Riley County Police Department responded to the fight in progress. Investigation of the battery still continues. Watt received multiple facial injuries and was transported to Mercy Regional Health Center.

    Around 12:38 AM, the alarms for The Audio Junction went off. Officers responded to the alarms to find that a large rock had broken the 70 in. X 50 in. window. Estimated damage is around $1,500. The suspect is unknown.
