After playing baseball for three years, Riley County senior Wade Hageman made the most of his one season as a Falcon on the links.  Hageman completed a dominant campaign by winning the Sand Greens individual state title on Tuesday at Mankato CC.  He carded a 69, and won a playoff over Devon Freeman and Jordan Walter, both of Rock Hills.  Riley County had to settle for second in the team standings, as the Grizzlies claimed a 24-shot victory on their home course.  The Falcons turned in a 310, with Tosh Taylor coming in 9th with a 77, with John Burnett posting an 81, and Cy Bassett finished with an 83.
