Arrests

Dustin Cody Collins, 22, 711 N. 4th St., for theft. Released on $1,000 bond.

Annette Nichole Garcia, 32, homeless, for unlawful distribution of drug paraphernalia and unlawful possession of hallucinogens. Confined on no bond.

Mark Alexander Lawrence, 32, 815 Humboldt St., for failure to appear. Confined on $2,500 bond.

William Dylan Padgett, 19, 1532 Hartford Rd., for  possession of marijuana with the intent to distribute, no drug tax stamp, unlawful possession of hallucinogens, possession of drug paraphernalia used for growth, sale of stimulants, sale of narcotics, unlawful possess of illegal substances, possession of opiates, and possession of drug paraphernalia for used for consumption. Released on $9,500 bond.

Elizabeth Eve Stuart, 23, 408 Laramie St., for probation violation. Confined on $1,000 bond.

Rusty Glenn Taylor, 23, 4055 Jacob Cole Ct., for criminal damage to property, obstruction of the legal process, driving with a suspended license, failure to give notice of action while driving. Released on $2,500 bond.

Quinten Charles Watts, 23, homeless, for possession of opiates. Confined on $5,000 bond.

Incidents

Riley County police reviewed an unattended death on Tuesday. Katherine Post, 64, died in her home located at 1025 Humboldt St. Coroner confirmed that she died of natural causes.
