    Former K-Staters reunite in NBA Summer League

    For the first time since K-State’s narrow defeat at the hands of Butler in the Elite Eight in 2010, former K-State standouts Jacob Pullen and Dominique Sutton were on the same court.  The duo weren’t teammates, but on opposing squads in the NBA Summer League in Orlando on Thursday.  Pullen returned to the floor for the Philadelphia 76ers after sitting out Wednesday due to injury.  He struggled in 16 minutes, making just one of eight shots and one of two free throws for three points.  Pullen added four assists and three rebounds. He played this past season in the Italian League.

    Sutton is playing for the Orlando Magic summer league team  He also struggled with just a single point and rebound in eight minutes.  Sutton finished his career at North Carolina Central, averaging 16.4 points and 7.4 rebounds this past season.
