An August 10th hearing is set in a case involving a former executive of NanoScale in Manhattan. The change of plea hearing for Aaron Madison is planned for August 10th before District Judge Richard Rogers.
Madison was executive vice president and chief operating officer of Nanoscale.
A criminal information was filed last month in federal court in Wichita, charging Madison with wire fraud. Allegations are that Madison manipulated contract costs and falsified invoices to meet payroll between 2009 and 2011.
