KANSAS CITY, Mo. (AP) The Kansas City Royals optioned left-handed pitcher Francisley Bueno to Triple-A Omaha on Saturday. Bueno, who gave up a run and two hits in 2 2-3 innings Thursday against Seattle, has no record and a 3.86 ERA in three relief appearances over two stints with Kansas City. The move was made to clear roster space for right-hander Jeremy Guthrie, who was acquired Friday in a trade with Colorado and will start Sunday against Minnesota.
