    Oklahoma upends #11 K-State in Big 12 opener

    Sallie McLaurin had 10 blocks and eight kills as Oklahoma tripped up #11 K-State in straight sets 27-25, 25-19, 25-21 in the Big 12 conference opener for both teams.  The Sooners finished off their third set point in the opening frame, and led throughout the final two sets, by as many as nine in the second and 7-0 in the third.  K-State (12-1) drops their first match of the season, and was led by 13 kills from Kaitlynn Pelger and Lilla Porubek had 11.  Oklahoma (12-3) was led by 12 kills from Morgan Reynolds.

    The Cats will play their final non-conference match on Saturday afternoon against Nebraska-Omaha at Ahearn Fieldhouse at 3:00pm.  The match can be heard exclusively at kstatesports.com with Rob Voelker.
