Police Blotter 09/21/2012

In an ongoing investigation of the distribution of drugs, Devon Davis, 23, and Timothy Hill, 23, were arrested on 6th Street between Grandview Plaza and Junction City.

Davis is charged with three counts of conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine, one count of sell of methamphetamine within 1000 feet of a school, possess of methamphetamine with intent to distribute, possession of drug paraphernalia , unlawful use of a communication devise and no drug tax stamp.  His bond was set at $15,000.

Hill was charged with two counts of of conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine, two counts sell of methamphetamine within 1000 feet of a school, conspiracy to sell, possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute, possession of crack cocaine with intent to distribute , possession of drug paraphernalia , three counts of unlawful use of a communication devise, and no drug tax stamp.  His bond was set at $20,000.

Bergman Elementary was put into lock-down for about ten minutes on Thursday, when Robert Black, 24, went to confront the 23 year old victim who has a protection from stalking order against him.

Once it was discovered that Black was at the school, the doors were locked, but were shortly opened back up.

Black was observed following the victim from the grounds and proceeded to block the roadway with his vehicle, preventing the victim from leaving.

Black was charged with criminal trespassing , violation against a protection order, criminal restraint and driving with a suspended license.

Because of the nature of the incident, Black was held without bond for 48 hours.

Sometime between March 10th and September 7th, a burglary occurred in the 400 block of McCall Road.

William McNee, 54, reported that $1,000 worth of wrestling figures and merchandise were stolen from his rental unit.

Suspects remain unknown at this point as the investigation continues.

Pellet guns were the weapon used against an air conditioning unit that amounted to a criminal damage to property report.

Russell Weisbender, 61, of Manhattan, reported that the air conditioning compressor unit located at the 400 block of Buttonwood Drive was damaged sometime between 8 am on Tuesday and 9 pm on Wednesday causing $2,000 worth of damage.

The suspects remain unknown at this time.

On Friday, a sexual battery incident was reported.

A 23 year old female was reported to be the victim in the incident  with a named suspect .

The incident occurred in Aggieville.

At this point the relationship between the two is unknown and no arrests have been made.
