The Pottawatomie County Commission has a few items to tackle at Monday’s meeting as a minor maintenance issue was brought before them.
Scott Campbell, with buildings and grounds, explains that there is a leak in the appraiser’s roof that he is hoping to get fixed. The commission approved the work to be done by Diamond Roofing out of Manhattan.
Gregg Webster, Pottawatomie County Zoning Administrator, brought to the commission for the next phase of the Elbo Creek Estates Unit III. The commission approved the final plat.
The commission was also presented with a request to change the set back for a residential location. The commission agreed to allow for a public hearing on the recommendation to be held on November 19.
