A probation violation landed a Manhattan man with a large bond.
Richard Jones (39) was arrested around 9:45 a.m. Tuesday morning. Jones violated his probation on a Geary County warrant and his bond was set at $5,000.

Numerous items were damaged in a man’s home Tuesday afternoon.
Around 1:30 p.m., a criminal damage to property incident was reported to have happened on the 400 block of 12th Street in Ogden.
Dannett Rentals, of Manhattan, said windows, a water heater and a door were damaged by a suspect known to him. The total loss was $2,000.
No arrests have been made at this time and the incident is still under investigation.
